We just celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary at the Atticus Hotel in downtown McMinnville, and it was everything we hoped for — cozy, beautiful, and full of heart. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality from General Manager Brandie Blanco and her entire team was exceptional. Every interaction felt genuine, personal, and kind — the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. Our room was stunning — beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true boutique experience. The hotel itself is quaint yet modern, perfectly capturing the charm of Oregon’s wine country. One of my favorite small details was the nod to McMinnville’s local hazelnut heritage — such a sweet, authentic touch that honors the region’s story while adding a sense of place. We also loved the Cypress restaurant downstairs — a hidden gem serving a delicious, high-quality continental breakfast with local flair (just $15 for hotel guests), along with yummy Mediterranean-inspired dishes for lunch and dinner. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — a must-try even if you’re not staying at the hotel! The location can’t be beat — right in the heart of McMinnville, surrounded by tasting rooms, boutiques, and incredible restaurants. This was our second stay, and it’s safe to say we’re officially loyal fans. Whether you’re a local looking for a relaxing weekend away or visiting Oregon’s Willamette Valley wineries, this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you, Brandie, and the entire Atticus team, for making our anniversary stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

The Atticus is the type of hotel that you stay at because of the experience. The rooms make you feel almost like you’re at home. The coffee and tea in the rooms are very good and there are even bowls of hazelnuts and walnuts that are refilled daily along with the coffee. Very comfortable beds and warm faux fireplaces. Even the lobby feels cozy and inviting. It is a real step up in terms of the experience! Good location- right where you want to be in downtown.

We were absolutely blown away by The Atticus Hotel! Our stay for our wedding weekend was phenomenal, and so many of our friends and family stayed there too, which created such a wonderful sense of community. Everyone loved it! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. We especially appreciated how they went above and beyond, like putting packages we'd sent ahead and even our wedding reception leftovers directly in our rooms. The espresso bar was a great touch too. Several of our guests worked with their concierge and noted their positive experiences as well. We truly couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better recommendation for our wedding guests. We can't wait to go back!

This place is amazing! Prime location + beautiful rooms. Staff are so kind and helpful. My wife and I got married nearby with most of our guests staying at The Atticus Hotel. We even did the after party + brunch at the hotel. Everything was perfect. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. We also live in California, so being able to coordinate everything remotely was huge. Highly recommend!

We had the BEST time at the Atticus Hotel during our visit to McMinnville. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our weekend feel truly special. Their hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Our room was beautifully curated with so many thoughtful, local touches. We loved the Pendleton robes, the hand‑picked books, the locally sourced tea and coffee in our room, and the complimentary espresso in the lobby. Also, the bed was extraordinarily comfortable—one of the best hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. We also had an incredible meal at Cypress. The food, the service, and the ambiance were all outstanding and made for a perfect evening. Overall, our time in McMinnville—and especially at the Atticus—was absolutely wonderful. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future.

My husband and I just returned from a mini-getaway to McMinnville, Oregon, and the Atticus Hotel is absolutely spectacular! We’ve stayed in some very special hotels in our travels, but Atticus is right up there with the best of them. From the moment we arrived, Dia greeted us with a glass of bubbly and the warmest hospitality. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail was incredible — from the Pendleton robe to the Pacific Northwest hazelnuts thoughtfully waiting for us. They offer a complimentary spiced cider old fashioned and snack plate for happy hour, which was such a treat. Then, after returning from dinner, we were welcomed back with an after-dinner drink and a cookie — such a charming touch! Overall, our stay felt truly special. Atticus Hotel has mastered the art of making guests feel cared for, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
